This is a space for connection, growth, and being human together.
If you’re someone who’s curious about personal growth, mindfulness, and living with more intention- you’ll feel at home here. While we’ll still explore books and meaningful topics, this group is about more than reading. It’s about real conversations, shared experiences, time in nature, and building genuine community.
We’ll gather for a mix of:
📚 book or topic-based discussions
☕️ coffee meetups and meals
🏞️ walks, hikes, and outdoor time
🧘♂️ yoga and other experiences around Kansas City
There’s no pressure to have anything “figured out” or fully read, just come as you are and be open to listening, sharing, and connecting. We’ll have a consistent monthly meetup, along with optional pop-up gatherings for those who want to join more often.

Central Resource Library, 9875 W 87th St, Overland Park, KS, USFor our next meetup, we’ll be discussing the book Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller 🧲
This book explores attachment theory and how our relationship patterns can shape the way we connect, communicate, and experience intimacy with others. It offers insight into anxious, avoidant, and secure attachment styles — helping us better understand ourselves, our relationships, and the dynamics we may unconsciously repeat.
🗓️ We’ll be meeting on Saturday, June 20th at 9am at the Central Resource Library in Conference Room 20.
This month’s meetup will be free to attend since we’re gathering in a library space rather than a coffee shop. With the World Cup activity downtown and the new Overland Park Farmers Market opening that morning, this felt like the best option for a more relaxed and intentional gathering environment! (Hopefully less stress with traffic and parking!)
⚠️ Spots are still limited due to room capacity, so please RSVP only if you plan to attend. If your plans change, kindly update your RSVP so others have the opportunity to join.
Drinks and snacks are welcome, and if you feel called to bring something to share with the group, please do! I’ll be bringing some homemade protein balls 😊
