Each month, I’ll be leading a guided session focused on a specific self-care topic. These are not coaching sessions, but structured, instructor-led gatherings designed to spark reflection and intention. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in thoughtful conversation around the topic, followed by either a journaling prompt or a simple action plan to help you connect the dots and move forward with clarity.
While these sessions create space for group discussion around the topic and exercises, please note that they are not open forums. The focus is on purposeful, guided exploration rather than free-form sharing.
