Meetups include:
- Single-topic Sunday discussions (every 3 weeks)
- Thursday pub meets with member-submitted questions (every 3 weeks)
- Occasional nature walks, lectures, exhibitions, and festivals
We value:
- Rationality – clear, logical, evidence-based discussion
- Open-mindedness – no topic is off-limits
- Curiosity – no expertise required
Important Guidelines:
- Stay on topic and do not derail the discussions
- Let everyone contribute and do not dominate the discussion
- Avoid promoting personal ideologies or beliefs
- RSVP early and update promptly if plans change
- We discuss controversial and taboo topics freely and without judgement, as long as the viewpoints are logical and rational.
- This group is not for those who wish to virtue signal, impose their views, or get offended by opposing views
- The purpose of our discussions is not intense debate, but to learn from each other and see things from various angles.
