There are no charges for joining the group, and no charge for the walks, just make sure you have a recognisable picture of yourself for your profile when you apply to join, then come and enjoy ⛰😎

Where Eagles Sing
Halifax Road Car park, Halifax Road OL14 5AG Todmorden OL14 5AG Todmorden OL14 5AG, Todmorden, GBFor those who know the film, the name of the walk is a spin on the classic film Where Eagles Dare! I must maintain I look nowt like Richard Burton..... A walk from Todmorden to Burnley, taking in Eagle Crag and Singing Ringing Tree. This shall be a linear walk, with us needing to travel back to Todmorden via train or bus. Dependent upon our arrival time in Burnley, and how much time we wish to spend in the local hostelries (real ale fans take note Burnley is home to Moorhouses Brewery!) we will depart Burnley by whichever transport fits in with our timings. From experience the public transport links between Burnley and Todmorden are fairly decent.
