When I moved to Belgium, I had a CV full of experience and zero idea how to translate who I was into who I needed to become here. Not on paper, in real life.
I didn't know what I wanted anymore. And I spent a long time figuring that out alone. Bit by bit.
This circle is the space I wish I'd had.
A small, intimate group where international women come together to talk honestly about career, identity, and what it actually feels like to build a life in a country that wasn't your starting point. Just real conversation and the kind of connections that actually mean something.
Whether you're just finding your feet, somewhere in the middle, in a leadership role, or building something of your own, you're all welcome.
Every edition we have a certain topic to discuss on a dining table.
Seats are kept small on purpose (8–10 people), so every voice in the room gets heard. 🙂
Code of Conduct
- RSVP cancellation is up to 3 days before the event
- Show up as yourself No need to perform, impress, or have it all together. The most valuable thing you bring is your honest experience.
- Listen as much as you speak Every woman in the room has a story worth hearing. We take turns, we don't interrupt, and we make space for the quieter voices too.
- What's shared here, stays here Conversations in the circle are private. Please don't share anyone's personal story outside the group.
- No selling, no pitching This is not a networking event. Genuine connections are welcome.
- This is a safe space Any behaviour that makes another member feel unsafe, disrespected, or unwelcome will result in removal from the group.

For expat women who want to be inevitable...without draining themselves

Here's what we'll do:
90 minutes. Max 10 women. This is neither a webinar, nor a lecture. Just doing 2 exercises together, and what happens when you finally sit with the answers. You'll think, and write, and you'll probably feel something shift.***

About me
I'm Philin, Personal Brand Coach for expat women, based in Ghent, Belgium.
I moved to Belgium 10 years ago with a full CV and zero idea how to translate who I was into who I needed to become here. My turning point was in 2024, when I hit a burnout. I discovered something that shifted my life around. I've spent the last decade in marketing, UX design & research, and now coaching; helping expat women build a brand that's actually true to them, and claim their place in the market without feeling drained.
This session is the starting point, not the destination.
