What we’re about
Hi I’m CHEF AJ and I’ve been following a Plant Exclusive diet for over 46 years.
I am the author of 5 books. including the best selling The Secrets of Ultimate Weight Loss, Own Your Health, and most recently, The 10th Anniversary Edition of Unprocessed.
When I lived in Los Angeles I was the host of the television show healthy living with CHEF AJ. For over two years now I have broadcasted CHEF AJ LIVE! daily at 11 AM Pacific time at YouTube at [www.YouTube.com/c/ChefAJ](http://www.youtube.com/c/ChefAJ).
I recently moved from Southern California to Lincoln California and I’d like to connect with like-minded people who care about the planet, the animals and their own personal health.
Once I find a suitable venue, I would like to start hosting events again such as potlucks and conferences, like I did when I lived Southern California.
I am also happy to promote other Veg-friendly events on this page as well.
Whether you’re already vegan, vegetarian, whole food plant based, plant strong, plant forward, plant predominant or just plain old veg curious, we welcome you to the group.
Love & Kale,
Chef AJ
