See all- Connecting Mindfully with Nature's HealingShamrock Park, Bel Air, MD
Join HCPL and spend intentional time in nature on a walk led by local non-profit Nature Worx. Participants will learn simple ways to reduce stress and improve their mood, connecting to nature using all of their senses. Please meet at Shamrock Park, wear sturdy footwear and contact the branch for inclement weather plans. Children over 6, accompanied by parent or guardian, are welcome.
