Curious to discover what is hatha yoga or already convinced practionner?
Looking for a way to feel more connected to your body? to take care of your mental and physical health? to find balance and peace in your life?

Join this new class downtown Victoria!

This class is centered around mindfulness and connecting to ourselves, and will challenge us within our limits.
This is an "all level" class; you will be offered diverse options to adjust to your pace and abilities... This is a safe place for spiritual growth, no performance goals, let's be kind to ourselves and to other.

We will remain a small group (limited to 8 students per class) for you to receive high quality support and right adjustments. Your teacher has completed a 200h multi-styles yoga teacher training in Rishikesh (India) in 2024 and is certified with Yoga Alliance.

We will practice pranayama (breathwork), asanas (postures) and meditation techniques weekly... You can check the upcoming events for more details about the classes, new thematic every week!
