What we’re about
This group is centered around healing for our Self and our Community. With Education and Classes at its core, we explore approaches to holistic health and wellness that benefit us as individuals and/or help us benefit our communities and world at large. Guided approaches include breath work, divination, journaling, meditation, manifestation, reiki, dance/movement and more. For the healers in our community, we host reiki and acupressure circles.
Come out to celebrate and heal our Earth Mother and all of the strong and beautiful Mother Figures as we celebrate the spirit of Beltane and Mother's Day with a unusual blend of spirituality and science!
This is a Free and Family Friendly event.
Based on the work of Masaru Emoto, we uphold the belief that we have the ability to transform our world with positive thinking.
We will begin by focusing our energy through simple movements (walking, stomping, clapping, and other body movements) that can be modified for all ability levels. We will add language as well as integrate the support the Five Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether) to our movements and transform the energy of excitement and positivity into the intention we may use to heal the water inside and outside of our bodies at a molecular level, since our bodies are largely made of water.
As a group, we will collaborate to create a communal outreach to improve, not only ourselves and our community, but, in an enduring and infinite cycle, we strive to heal our World.
There will be a central collection area for those who wish to bring plants, rain water, and moon water for healing, as well.
The activated waters will be poured into a Communal container from which each participant may choose to drink to their own health.
Participants are welcome to bring and item of their own item to which feel a special connection: large shells, drinking horns, pottery cups or bowls, or similar items; to use to drink.
The remainder of the activated waters will be divided between the central collection and the Hardwood’s Mill Reservoir, beginning their two cyclic healing adventures.
If you are looking for a means of repurposing unused household and craft items: clean glass containers with lids, craft supplies of all kinds, and candles.
We are also grateful to receive and happy to give credit for any digital images of our local waterways, and our group events!
