What we’re about
This group is centered around healing for our Self and our Community. With Education and Classes at its core, we explore approaches to holistic health and wellness that benefit us as individuals and/or help us benefit our communities and world at large. Guided approaches include breath work, divination, journaling, meditation, manifestation, reiki, dance/movement and more. For the healers in our community, we host reiki and acupressure circles.

Healing Tea Celebration
Yorktown Library, 8500 George Washington Memorial Highway, Yorktown, VA, USThis evening we will create a container for our individual and communal health. Using hot tea as an example, you will learn how to shift your focus from the rat race of daily living to an hour of grace and gratitude.
You will experience a guided exploration through sensory acknowledgement of both your outer and inner worlds, using techniques such as controlled breathing, tapping, movement and bodywork, in addition to meditation.
The tea will help you shrink and fine-tune your focus, and learn how to listen to different parts of your body and mind.
Using positive thoughts and affirmations, we will define and resolve our intentions for the month ahead.
Participants should bring a tea cup, a mat or cushion to sit on, if preferred, and a journal and writing implement (no cell phones please!).

Healing Waters Ceremony
Barrett's Landing Riverfront Park, 100 Barrett St, Franklin, VA, USThis is a Free and Family Friendly event.
As we act to heal the waters of the Earth, we also act to heal our bodies, as we are also living beings whose bodies are largely made of water.
Based on the work of Masaru Emoto and the crystalline formations that thoughts and intentions created in frozen water and the belief that we have the ability to transform our world with positive thinking.
Healing Waters is a Ceremony that integrates all Five Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether) to transform the crystal properties of the water using our positive thoughts and intentions.
This is a fully provisioned ceremony. You are not required to bring anything. Participants are welcome to bring their own items to which they feel a connection to hold the water. Items participants may volunteer to bring for themselves or others: rain or moon water, large shells, pottery cups or bowls, and other tangible items that can assist with focusing your thoughts and promoting positive healing energy. After the ceremony, we will pour our waters into the nearby body of water, beginning their infinite healing process!1 attendee
