HAVES, WANTS, & DEALS: Bring your deals, your money, your buyerâs list form, those appliances you took out of a rehab but donât want to throw away (donât literally bring those, âk?), your requests for referrals, whatever! and tell your colleagues about them.
TIP OF THE MONTH -Â We will have an expert deliver a tip of the month to help contribute to your success. This is not just a 1 or 2 minute "hey do this".... This segment, depending on the topic, is between 15-30 minutes. Part of it will be a presentation and part of it will be Q & A....
CASE STUDY - This is where an investor will break down a deal and share how they found it, put it together, what they learned, etcâŠ..

Wholesaling & New Investors Focus Group - This focus group is designed for Wholesalers & New Investors looking to get started in their real estate investing business. This group is set up in 4 main rotating topics: Overview of the Wholesaling Process, Marketing, Acquisitions, and Dispositions. See our events calendar for more information.
Landlord Focus Group - Whether you currently own rental properties, or are working towards owning rentals, this group is a great group to be a part of. The focus of this group is to help you be a better (or become) rental property owner for your business and your tenants. Also, if you are wholesaling and looking to build relationships with buyers, this is a great place to find buyers for your wholesale deals.
Commercial & Multifamily Focus Group - If you are interested in or currently investing in Commercial & Multifamily Properties, this is a great group for you as the primary focus is how to invest in these types of properties.
Bay Area Focus Group - The Bay Area Focus Group meets in the Webster, TX area and is hosted by Ray Sasser and will focus on many topics and aspects of Real Estate Investing. This group is for anyone in the real estate industry, no matter your experience or niche.
WIRE Group - Ladies, this group is for YOU! WIRE = Women In Real Estate. This group is for Women only and meets once a month in the Spring Area. See our events calendar for more information.
