About us
IN-PERSON: we meet once or twice monthly at the Vernon Area Library in Lincolnshire. Please RSVP so we know you are coming.
ONLINE: Play with us online on the Discord App, We dedicate a chat channel to play a variety of JackBox games, as well as assist in making arrangements to play other card and board games online in other channels. For online sessions, you'll need to register with Vernon Area Public Library so we can get you set up on the Discord server. Once you have server access, no registration is required, you can just drop in. To help each session get started quicker, feel free to RSVP and let us know what you'd like to play.

Games for Grown-ups | August [In-person]
Vernon Area Public Library, 300 Olde Half Day Rd, Lincolnshire, IL, USIn-person events usually have 30-40 people and represents a wide range of gamers. All are welcome!
New gamers come in every session where games can be taught.
Abstract Strategy Games like Chess and Go are available.
American Mahjong usually has about 8 players each session and an extra set is being brought each session to accommodate for extra players.
Over 60+ games get brought by your host and rotates each session, featuring a wide variety of games that range from gateway to complex euro games. This is a great way to try a wide range of games absolutely free.
IN-PERSON: If you would like to participate in-person, we recommend you register with the library. The library has a collection of games and Adam, your host, will bring a collection of 50-60 games to every event.

ONLINE: Online Session are cancelled until at least the winter. Check back later as discussions are being had on how Online sessions will return.
