Urban Kai is offering happy hour priced sunset SUP & kayak rentals! Enjoy the Tampa skyline right before sunset and watch it light up from the Hillsborough River. We launch from our Armature Works shop. Please note that this event is not guided. The launch is 6-7pm. Don't be late!
Please arrive 15 minutes early in order to check-in and get ready to paddle! Remember to always bring your water bottle!- SUP & single kayak rentals: $25
- Rental includes board or kayak, paddle, life jacket (PFD), and leash (SUP only)
- double kayaks: $35
- Rental includes kayak, paddles, and life jackets (PFD)
YOU MUST RENT THE KAYAK/SUP WITH URBAN KAI ASAP TO MAKE SURE YOU GET A KAYAK IN TIME! JUST BECAUSE YOU RSVP DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL GO, MUST HAVE PRE RENTED FOR DATE AND TIME ABOVE. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN THAT IS FINE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE PAID WITH A TEXT OR MESSAGE. LINK BELOW TO RENT.
There is 4 doubles and 6 single kayaks. 10 Stand Up Paddle. Please let me know what you have rented so I can help keep track. Sam at Urban Kai can help. Tell her it is Marji kayak group. Keep in mind that it is open to the public which is why you should rent asap to be part of the group. I have space for 14 kayakers so far that need to rent. Let me know if you want a SUP and can add you in the group. If you have your own, let me know to add you. Free to launch! Those that want a buddy we can try to pair you! Message me!
We will be going to Rick's on the River after for those that want to join for dinner/drinks. Plenty of parking!
