To give you an idea of Activities Meetup Events I have organised in the past: Escape Rooms, Salt Cave, Floatation Tank, Go Ape, Skydive, Hot Yoga, Bike Rides, Nature Walks, Ice Skating, Bowling, Theme Parks, Bouldering, Zipline, Boxing, Bungee Jumps. As well as activities in Europe and Ski Trips.
We will look to focus on a traffic Light System of activities mostly green, with occasional amber and red. Examples:

Amber - Roller Disco, Rock Climbing, High Intensity Training.
Red - Skydive, Bungee Jump, Ice Bath, Tough Mudder
We welcome people's ideas for activities. I will list some on the group without a scheduled date to gather interest, and set a date weekly.

Chris

Sweatlodge and Fire Ceremony! (6 X SPOTS LEFT)
Berkeley Farm Project, Berkeley Farm Manor Rd, Lambourne End, Romford RM4 1NH, UK, Lambourne End, GBHey All, we are going to do a Sweatlodge for the Meetup group, will be the first time at: Berkeley Farm, Hainault. We already have someone who can organise and run it for us - this is on behalf of the Aho company:
https://www.aho.community/product-page/inipi-sweatlodge-ceremony-weekend-with-joseph-christlow-sat-10th-sun-11th-oct
These are rare experiences, but this could be a life changing experience for those who decide to do it! They are hard to organise and hard to build and find the land so a unique opportunity particularly around London area!
The experience is generally around 3-4 hours in the Sweatlodge and it will be 10am - 5pm: a chance to meet everyone and be briefed about what will happen as well.
Sweatlodge was traditionally done by indigenous people to connect more with nature, restore balance in life, and to come out more purified!
Structure
We meet at 10am, and as a group, organise the stones and wood for the fire and cover the lodge, light the fire which takes 2 hours to heat the stones before we go in. During that time Joe will explain the Inipi process and sing traditional lakoto songs. Then we go in. It's 4 rounds, each time more stones come into the lodge making it hotter each time. You can leave between rounds but its advised to stay in. The 4 rounds last a few hours, so we may come out around 3pm, rest, and share, eat fruit and then leave at 5pm.Men wear shorts and women, sarong or swimsuit. A cold shower is welcomed after the lodge, bring warm clothing.
Sweatlodge Event Info
We will be running this event with Aho!
Aho is honoured to announce a weekend of prayer and connection hosted by Joseph Cristlow on Berkeley Farm in Hainault. Attend Saturday 10th October 10am-5pm, as individual Inipi ceremony will run this day.
Following on from our first Inipi with Joseph in the Spring of this year this weekend coincides with a New Moon in Libra and invites us to set intentions around the themes of ideas, communication and community and catalyzes the areas of life connected to relationships, beauty, and balance as we give thanks to the Summer and welcome in the Autumn.https://www.instagram.com/joechristlow/
The Inípi ceremony is a purification ceremony of the lakota nation. Also referred to in these times as a sweatlodge that is guided with lakota songs and prayers. This ceremony is ancient and one of re-birth. Only those who walk the red road (chankuluta) spiritual path of the lakota can run this ceremony with the proper instructions and guidance of elders.
Joseph ‘Rising Sun’ Christlow who is running the ceremony has been on the hill for 4 years vision quest ceremony (Hamblechà yapí), he has been Sun dancing (chí wakan tree of life sun dance ceremony) for 11 years, he is a family man and a community leader. Choosing to direct his energy in these time to share these ancient practises with the people of his homeland.
