Welcome to the Frederick Social and Hiking Group for people in their 20's and 30's!

Our group is perfect for people in their 20's and 30's looking to socialize at events including board games, hiking, breweries, volleyball, bowling...etc.

Let's get together to celebrate Halloween IN COSTUME! Yes - wear your favorite Halloween costume!

Olde Mother Brewing Company is having their 11th anniversary on October 31st, from 6-9pm, with live music from My Chemical Bromance.

Description: Olde Mother's website: "Join us 10/31 for our anniversary bash with special beer releases & My Chemical Bromance live from 6–9 PM! Costumes encouraged! See you there."

Meeting Time: This event will probably be crowded, so let's plan to arrive early to secure a table for all of us at 5:30pm.

Meeting Location: We will meet at one of the back tables by the burger place, Backslash Burger.

For anyone that wants to keep the party going, a Halloween bar crawl will be continuing on after Olde Mother and down Market Street.

We will meet at the volleyball net at the end of the park next to the dog park.

Hello everyone! Come join us for a hike around Sugarloaf Mountain. We will meet in the East View parking lot by the picnic benches by 9:30am. Please allow yourself extra time (10 - 15 min) for parking, as it is crowded on the weekends.

Then, we will go on the White Trail until it intersects with the Blue Trail, hop on the Blue Trail until we reach the West View parking lot, and then go on the Green Trail until we reach the summit. We will take a break at the top, enjoy the views, and then head back down the Orange Trail, until we reach our starting point at the East View parking lot. Please see the linked map below. After the hike, we will grab lunch in Urbana. We can decide as a group where we want to eat. I hope to see you there!
