Join me for a hike to Pico Peak in Killington! The Pico Peak Trail is a 5.4 mile out and back trail that takes about 3.5 hours to complete. The trail has an 1800ft elevation gain. This hike is considered a difficult hike, so plan accordingly. For those that want to carpool, meet me at the Market 32 parking lot at 595 Shelburne Rd in Burlington for a 7:30 am departure. For those meeting at the trailhead, please be there at 9:30 am. We'll go across the road to McGrath's Irish Pub for a post-hike meal/drinks. Hope to see you there!

Come on down to Niles landing for an evening of barn dancing and live music from Bad Horsey! It’s a 25 dollar entry fee that supports a non profit and keeping the barn available for events! Bring your own beer and food and we’ll set up at one of the tables inside

Join me for the Leaf Peepers 5K & Half Marathon on Sunday, October 5! The 5K portion of the event starts at 9:15. I plan on arriving at 8:30 to give myself time to check in and stretch before the run.
