Flowing River Sangha

In the spirit of Plum Village tradition, each gathering will begin with arrivals, announcements and 30 minutes of silent or guided meditation. The remainder of the session may include Dharma talk and discussion, and additional practices such as walking meditation, mindful singing, extended silent meditation, or other activities chosen by the facilitator.
We will meet on the first and third Mondays of the month.
