Whether you are new to meditation or have been wanting to expand your practice, we will meet in a relaxed setting to explore how to benefit from Meditation. For 4 weeks we will meet for two hours to discuss the many many ways people relax, release and renew by turning inward. The cost is $15 per class or $50 for all 4 classes.
