What we’re about

Group for fast paced hikes (3.5 mph+), occasional trail runs and intermittent trail running in Central Jersey. Focus will be on faster hiking specifically for fitness. No beginner or casual hikes.

Group for like minded people looking to get or keep fit. I'm certainly not an expert and learning as we go. Hopefully/possibly some folks will join that have more knowledge than me. :)

Intent will be for small group hikes (10-15 max), 4-6 miles targeting 3.5mph average with group discussion of route and intensity of each hike.

Anyone interested should come out. No one left behind on their first hike. :)
