Join us for a deeply restorative Sturgeon Moon Sound Bath as we gather under the powerful energy of August’s Full Moon.

The Sturgeon Moon is often associated with strength, release, resilience, abundance, and the rewards of steady growth. It invites us to recognize how far we have come, release what has become too heavy, and make space for greater balance and flow.

This immersive sound journey is designed to help you slow down, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and many other instruments, Benina and Kristine will surround you with sound from opposite ends of the room, creating a deeply relaxing 360-degree experience.

This is a beautiful time to reflect on what is flourishing in your life, what you are ready to release, and where you would like to welcome greater abundance, strength, and clarity.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to support you.

We provide yoga mats, some blankets, knee bolsters, and chairs for those who prefer to sit. You are welcome to bring a pillow, eye mask, additional blanket, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable.

Suite 105 is located on the right side of the building. Look for the awning and come on in!

We are excited to announce a recurring sound bath held on the first Saturday of every month at Elevated Energy Healing - Sound and Wellness Studio!

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of over 15 different healing instruments. Including gongs, monochord, hand pan drum, crystal harp, angel harp, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls and many others.
This relaxing and restorative sound journey helps clear energy, balance chakras, and promote deep relaxation.

Stay for tea, mingling, fun and shopping after!

No prior experience necessary. Mats and blankets provided. Chairs available if you prefer to sit. Just bring yourself, and anything for your comfort, a pillow, eye mask, journal, water bottle, and an open heart. We provide everything else!
