Meet your host, Amtgard - Duchy of Western Winds.Our primary purpose is to provide a community and platform for members to engage in swords-and-sorcery medieval and fantasy-style combat, outdoor activities, and role-playing.

We are an informal group that gather to play chess at the Meadows Recreation Centre in southeast Edmonton.
Please bring your own chess set if you have one.We will meet at the tables near the TV area by the east entrance.
Feel free to get some food or drink from Dairy Queen or Booster Juice and support the rec centre businesses while we play chess.Players of all skill levels are welcome.
