Our group is sponsored by Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom. This ancient spiritual teaching offers spiritual techniques and resources for an individual to discover truth for themselves through personal experience. People of all faiths and backgrounds are welcome. Have you had out-of-body adventures, past life recall, or have you seen inner lights or heard inner sounds? Join us to gain new insights into your experiences and understand their spiritual significance.

The Easy Way Discourses are a living road map to spiritual transformation! By becoming a student of ECK and exploring one discourse a month of this wonderful series, The Easy Way Discourses, you will find greater insight into life situations. This unique study series is called a Satsang which is a spiritual forum for ECK students to explore the wisdom of the ECK discourses and will meet monthly to focus on one lesson per month for the next 12 months.

You are warmly invited to attend The Easy Way Discourses Satsang classes, via Zoom, beginning on Monday, June 1, 2026, 7:30–8:45 pm, and monthly thereafter on the first Monday of each month, for a total of 12 sessions.
This Satsang class is open to all students of Eckankar who live within New York State or Bermuda and have their own copy of The Easy Way Discourses. You may join the class up until the third discourse on Monday, August 3, 2026.

Dispelling Fear with the Sound of HU

At this Sound of Soul Event, you are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion where you’re invited to share experiences, exchange ideas, and ask questions.

HU is a sacred mantra—the Sound behind all sounds. An ancient name for God, HU is a carrier of love between God and Soul. Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit. It enables you to open your heart to experience the miracles that occur when you give and receive love.
