Basic Guidelines
1️⃣Helmets are required.
2️⃣Keep your bike in good working order.
3️⃣On narrow roads, cycle single file and follow all traffic rules.
4️⃣If you can’t make it, please update your RSVP in good time so people are not waiting around for you.
Weather conditions:
Frost: if there has been overnight ground Frost on our route we cancel the cycle, as Frost and cycle don't mix.
Rain: We will generally continue with a cycle if rain of 3mm or less forecast.
We cancel if rain of over 6mm , as there is a safety risk.
