Join fellow divorcees at Wilde Lake for a morning of grounding, energizing yoga, and great company - an outdoor experience designed to clear your mind and revitalize your spirit!
Join Damia, a certified yoga instructor (YTT 200), for a grounding and detox-focused yoga flow, open to all levels and beginner-friendly. This session will include gentle twists and mindful movement to support the body’s natural detox process, ease stress, and clear the mind. In these uncertain times, it’s an invitation to slow down, recenter, and reconnect through breath and movement.
Advanced practitioners are welcome to deepen their practice and explore variations that align with their personal flow.
Once the session ends, the positive energy will carry over as we continue the morning at Starbucks for optional coffee and good vibes. Its a short, 5-minute drive away. Grab your favorite brew and continue the conversation with others who are also embracing new beginnings!
Important info:
Class Location: we will be at Wilde Lake right next to the Parking Spot by the Lake.
Class duration: 45 minutes (9:00AM-9:45AM)
Event parking: Parking Spot by the Lake.
Parking lot fills up quick. Can fit about 20 cars overall. Although you can still just park somewhere close on the street and walk there as it's in the middle of a nice neighborhood. The walk is gorgeous and easy.
Donation Optional: This yoga session is offered freely and from the heart. While donations are not required, they are warmly appreciated. All donation proceeds will go directly to a local animal rescue service.
Waiver Required: To participate in the yoga session, a waiver is required. A link will be provided to RSVPs ahead of the event.
