Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Writer's Support Group - DFWYAS
Tea Lattee Bar, 3052 Old Denton Road #106 Carrollton, Texas, 75007, Carrollton, TX, USJoin us for a relaxed, biweekly space for writers to share what they're working on and actually get some writing done together. Each session:
- Opens with casual conversation giving everyone a chance to talk about your projects, your process, or whatever's on your mind as a writer.
- Then moves into dedicated co-writing time so you leave with real progress made, not just good intentions.
The group is intentionally informal and low-pressure, built around sharing and creating rather than critique. All writers welcome, whatever stage you're at.
This is a free event, and while not required, donations to DFW Young & Social Club is always appreciated to help us continue offering accessible creative community programming.

Beginner Group Line Dancing Class

Each week, we’ll teach a different line dance, so whether you’re brand new to dancing or just want to learn some new moves, this is the perfect place to start. No partner or experience needed — just bring yourself and a willingness to have fun!
Pay ahead of time here!- Price: $15 per class or 4 credits
- Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
- Credit Packs: $52 for 4 classes (16 credits) | $88 for 8 classes (32 credits) | $120 for 12 classes (48 credits) | 6-month expiration
- Unlimited Dance Classes: $199 per month

Intermediate Group Line Dance Class (Level 2)

We will dance to slightly faster routines, learn a few more patterns, and revisit some of the dances you may already know to build confidence and rhythm. You do not need to attend the earlier class to join this one, and no partner is ever required. Just bring your energy, a willingness to learn, and enjoy a fun and supportive environment as you grow your line dancing skills.
- Price: $15 per class or 4 credits

Discover what comes next for the Wardens of the Veil and for the Emperium in this closing chapter of the campaign. You do not need to have played any previous sessions to jump in. As long as you know how to build a character you are ready to play, new and newer players are welcome at the table.- Price: $20 per person + 9% fee
- Tuesdays: September 8, 22 from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Fridays: September 11, 18, 25 from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturdays: September 19 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM | September 12, 19, 26 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Capacity: Limited to 7 per session | Walk ins are not guaranteed, register in advance
