Making friends as an adult shouldn’t be this hard, that’s why we started DFW Young & Social! This group is all about making it easier to meet new people, try new things, and build real connections. No membership fees, no pressure. Just fun, welcoming events where you can show up, be yourself, and connect with great people.

Group Fitness Class: Team Based & Beginner Friendly (Free / Pay What You Can)
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USLooking for a fun, approachable way to get moving and connect with others? Our group fitness class is team-based, beginner-friendly, and led by our energetic instructor, Chelsea. You’ll move at your own pace through simple, gamified exercises that make working out feel more like play. Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget.
These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:
- $5 Covers the cost of one person in class,
- $5–$9 Helps sustain our free / pay-what-you-can model and pays it forward for someone else,
- $10+ Supports the space, keeps things accessible, and helps our community grow,
We don’t expect anyone to contribute every time. A little here and there truly goes a long way.

Wednesday Wind-Down Flow Yoga Class | Free / Pay What You Can

Our Wind-Down Flow Yoga is open to all levels and designed to help you move, breathe, and reset. Led by Crystal, this class combines mindful flows with gentle intensity to support strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Wellness should be something everyone can access, no matter their budget.
These classes are free so cost isn’t a barrier, and if you’re able to contribute, your support helps keep them going strong:
- $5 Covers the cost of one person in class,

Beginner California Two-Step
DFW Young & Social, 2309 Springlake Rd, Suite 600, Farmers Branch, tx, USDiscover California Two-Step, a smooth and relaxed partner dance that feels natural and easy to learn. This style is more famously known as Nightclub Two-Step, and it pairs beautifully with today’s slow and mid-tempo music.
Our beginner friendly class focuses on simple patterns and comfortable movement so you can enjoy dancing right from the start. Come join us, meet new people, and learn a dance that feels effortless and expressive.

Single Class - $15 for a single class | $7.50 for students 25 and younger with college ID
Dance Class Packs (Usable at all dance classes):

- $199 monthly for Unlimited Dance Classes & Social Events
All transactions incur a 9% fee that covers processing costs, community growth, and assistance programs.
