The goal of this group is to create a safe space to just be. To sit in the silence. With the silence.
The group will be ideal for those who wish to go deeper. What happens next when layers of distraction are pulled away?
We will begin with a brief check-in: say our name, how we’re feeling etc. (1-2 mins).
I will then lead us into a contemplative silent mediation: 30 mins to start.
