A group for runners and cyclists who know the real win is staying active and enjoying the journey as we age. The focus isn’t competition - it’s getting better, building health and vitality, and connecting with like-minded people. People who will support each other, share laughs, and keep one another accountable.

Expect modest paces (about 10–12 min mile for runs, 10–12 MPH for trail rides) and expect to enjoy the beautiful trails we have in the valley.
