We know that all snow ❄️ flakes and finger prints are all different. After 20 + years as a mortgage professional I can also attest that every mortgage is also different. We all have our own individual “mortgage puzzle” 🧩. We are all at different stages of our life, and we all have different pieces to our individual or family puzzle 🧩
Some of us are trying to figure out our 1st puzzle, the goal of a first time home ownership. And some of us are trying to figure out how to get to next step, the next goal. Your forever home? An investment property or vacation home? Is refinancing your current mortgage a good idea?

The purpose of this meeting is to provide a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to feel comfortable and to learn.
There will be valuable information shared about credit, how to establish it, improve and perfect it.
We will review the types of mortgages, including FHA, Conventional and VA.
Vital pieces of any puzzle such as employment-
Are you self - employed ? Or a W2?
How long do you have to wait to use your income when taking a new job?
Assets - what are the types of assets you have, amounts, and the amount you’re comfortable using to purchase a property.
Marital status- Are you married and wondering if you need both spouses on the loan?
Do you wish to purchase an investment property? Or a vacation home?

A little about myself. My professional career started in 1998, and for the next 7 years I was a member and a floor trader on the American Stock Exchange. I was blessed to be mentored by some of the smartest people in the world. For the last 20 years I have worked for several banks, including JPM Chase for 8 years, and over the years have consistently added to my education and knowledge about the real estate and mortgage industry.
