Hi, and welcome to Clayton Mindful Connections!

My name is Andrea, and I moved to the Clayton area about 2 yrs ago. I started this group with the intention of creating a safe, grounded, secure place where locals can meet to exchange and see the light within AND as each other! A Place to share ideas, give support, uplift, focus on the POSITIVE - spread laughter, wisdom and promote the beauty within each and every one of us!

So, join me as we gather together with the intention of spreading positive energy, laughter, love & light ✨️ 💛🧡!!

As a Group, we will meet twice or more a month to explore local shops, restaurants, bookstores and other fun and interesting venues to discuss life events, Philosophy & Free-thinking ideas!

A Course in Miracles says:

**** No Show/ NO Cancel RSVP Policy ***

Why have a no-show policy?

• Respect for Organizer's Time:
  Organizers invest time and effort into planning meetups. No-shows disrupt those plans and discourage organizers.
• Fairness to Others:
  When someone takes a spot and doesn't show, it can prevent others from attending, especially if there are capacity limits.
• Accountability:
  A policy encourages attendees to be more mindful of their commitments and to communicate if they can't make it.
• Consequences:
  • Removal: After multiple no-shows (3 or more), the member will be removed from the group.
  • Organizer will reach out to member to discuss by email in which final decision will be made on removal.
• Exceptions:
  I am understanding of genuine emergencies but please COMMUNICATE - these to me and exceptions can be made, communication is key!
• Event Type:
  If it's a free social meetup, exceptions to this policy will be enforced. IF event requires a RSVP for restaurant or event space- policy will be upheld.
• Please be CONSIDERATE of everyone's time and CHANGE your RSVP if an emergency comes up- or communicate changes in messages of group!
