In this gentle, heart-based meditation, you will be guided into a state of deeper connection with your heart, focusing on bringing in light while listening to music, and empowered with practical techniques that you can apply in your everyday life to transform difficulties in any area of life, including emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, relationships and more. This complementary method may be applied in conjunction with everything you already may be practicing.

Reverend at Circle of Miracles, J. has been on a spiritual path much of her life. She watched her grandma twist into many yoga poses and listen to mystics and others in metaphysics.
