Welcome to the Chichester Social Group.
Join us for events filled with good food, entertainment, great conversation, friendship and fun.
We host a variety of events,
Theatre visits to the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, Cinema visits.
Monthly meals including breakfasts, Sunday lunch’s and curry evenings. Enjoying some of the best local cuisine in the area.
Coffee Mornings, Restaurant and Pub meals.
Quiz nights, live music and days out.
Formally Chichester New Social Group we are continuing many of the most popular events and more with established and new hosts.
We actively encourage local event suggestions, and will support anyone that would like to host events.
The annual subscription fee is £6.00 to help cover the subscription charges paid to Meet Up.
Payable by new and existing members.
We request that your meet up profile has your photograph, this helps identify you at meet up events.
Booking events
Please respect the hosts and other members and only join an event if you are able to go.
If you are then unable to attend, please amend your RSVP in good time as this gives those on the waitlist adequate time to fill your space and attend.
Please note repeat late cancellation and no-shows will result in the termination of membership.
This is unfair to the host, venue and other members.
All events are attended at your own risk.

Xmas Dinner at College - CLOSED/ALL DEPOSITS & MENUS SUBMITTED
Chichester College, Chichester Campus, Westgate Fields, Chichester, PO19 1SB, GBTime to think about Christmas celebrations already?!! Well yes, if you want somewhere good with a happy crowd of people.
As in previous years when we've all had a brilliant time, Restaurant 64 at Chichester College is putting on another great Festive Lunch and Dinner for 2025. Enthusiastically prepared and served by the talented students, we have booked both for dates in December. Please choose either Christmas Lunch or Christmas Dinner as there are insufficient places available to go to both
Feast your eyes on the menu below - a complimentary welcome drink of your choice to start the proceedings, three delicious fine-dining quality courses, followed by coffee and petit fours - what a great way to meet up with old friends and make new ones too
Please note: If you order further drinks during the meal you will be asked to pay at the time at the table. The students do their very best to accommodate us and this will ensure things run smoothly. Please also note that tips can be added to your card when you pay. As cash is now little used, this will ensure they don’t miss out.
To guarantee a place please:
Pay the £15 deposit at the same time as you RSVP. You will be added to the waitlist if you don’t and you will need to re-apply. Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.

Please add your menu selection in the comments box below as soon as possible but at latest by Wednesday 15 October. Please advise any dietary requirements and allergies (refer to the guide).
If you need to cancel at any time, please put a comment on the event and change your RSVP straightaway
You can park in the college car park to the rear of the college, if there is space. There is an automatic number plate recognition system in place, and everyone who is parking at the college must know their registration and on entry to the Restaurant, enter this onto an iPad. There is no charge but a fine will be incurred if you fail to enter your details or it is entered incorrectly
There is a new security system in force - if you are arriving from the rear of the College you will need to press the intercom button on the gate, tell them you are a Restaurant customer.
