The Heavy! Game night in West Town
Spellbound Games, 1116 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL, USCome spend an afternoon enjoying some of the more complex games the world of board gaming has to offer!
THE GAMES
Since heavy games tend to be time commitments, we want to make sure everyone knows what to expect. Each event, we'll feature a handful of games that will be hitting the tables. You get to reserve a seat at one of the games when you RSVP to the event.This month our Featured Games are:
- Arkham LCG (Film Fatale) ― 1 open seats remaining
- Dead Reckoning ― 2 open seats remaining
- Scholars of the South Tigris + Body of Books ― 0 open seats remaining
You should arrive around 4:55PM and allot enough time to finish the game you signed up for. Make sure you RSVP or your seat at the table will not be guaranteed!
All players will be given a pre-built deck for the Arkham LCG game, so you'll not be required to own any of your own cards. Players signing up for Scholars of the South Tigris are also expected to learn the rules for the Body of Books expansion.
THE EVENT
To help ensure games start in a timely manner, all players MUST read the rulebook beforehand or watch an instructional video. Each featured game will have a host who will run the game, be able to answer questions, and provide rule clarifications.If you sign up and cannot make the event, please update your RSVP to open up the space for someone else. Repeat day-of cancellations or no-shows will impact your eligibility to participate in future events.
