SAL isn’t just another meetup group.. it’s a space where ambitious, creative, hard-working women come to recharge, be challenged to get out of their comfort zone, and meet others who get it. Whether you're growing a business, building a career, or simply traversing a new season of life and need some friends, you belong here.
Every event is designed to help you break out of routine, try something new, and have meaningful conversations with incredible women from across the Central Coast.
We know you're busy, you're tired, and meeting new people might feel soo awkward. But I gaurantee when you take a break to play & connect, you come back to life with more energy, creativity, and fire for your purpose!

If you are feeling a stirring in your spirit, you are not alone!
Jesus is pouring out His love on His people and I want to invite you to come experience His Holy Spirit.
What to expect:
- A few songs of worship
- An all-levels, ages 13+ friendly functional workout
- A time of prayer and connection to God
What is Worship?
Worship isn't just songs praising God.. it reminds us who He is, how much He loves us, and that we are never alone.Why a Workout?
Movement is God's particular way of using me to minister to people, helping them connect to their child-likeness through exercise as play. Play is a radical act of surrender in which we can say something like, "God, I want to be in control of everything in my life right now but I release all of my desires, wants, and dreams to you. I trust you and will let joy be my strength."Why Prayer?
God is not a big guy up in heaven looking down on you, He is right beside you desiring a personal relationship with you. Prayer is our way of speaking to Him and hearing from Him through other people.Details:
