Sahaja Yoga is a (non-profit) organization and was founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi and is now practiced worldwide. Sahaja Yoga is always free and available across the US and in more than 100 countries around the world.

Please wear comfortable shoes that are easy to slip off for meditation. Chairs will be provided. We will begin with a guided meditation session to help you enter into the state of thoughtless awareness where one is stationed more in the present moment. After the meditation, we will give a brief overview of Sahaja Meditation and be available for questions. We also share balancing techniques and guidance on at-home meditation practices. This helps individuals cultivate a regular meditation routine and experience its benefits more consistently.
