About us

This meetup is for women who are tired of starting over.

You understand yourself. You’ve done the work. You know what the pattern is, and yet here you are again, back at the beginning, wondering why nothing fully sticks.

Each month, we explore why that happens.

Not from a motivation or mindset angle, but from the level where the pattern actually lives: the unconscious mind and nervous system.

You’ll learn why insight alone rarely creates lasting change, what’s actually happening in the moment you fall off, and what needs to shift so change finally feels possible without forcing it.

These sessions are experiential. You won’t just hear ideas. You’ll notice them in your own system through guided reflection, live demonstrations, and exercises drawn from NLP, hypnosis, and nervous system work.

This group is for you if:
• You keep repeating patterns you can clearly see but can’t seem to stop
• You’ve tried therapy, coaching, or self-help and still feel stuck at the same level
• You want to understand what’s actually driving your behavior, not just manage it
• You’re curious about NLP, hypnosis, or subconscious change work

No prior experience required. You don’t need to have it figured out to show up.

There’s a version of this that sounds like a discipline problem.

It’s not.

You already know what the thing is.

  • Maybe it’s saying yes when every part of you wants to say no.
  • Maybe it’s reaching for the thing the food, the drink, the phone, the person

right after you’ve had a perfectly good reason not to.

You’re not confused. You’re not naive. You’ve probably explained it to a therapist, a friend, a journal, maybe yourself in the mirror.
And then you did it anyway.

This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s not a discipline problem. And it’s definitely not a you problem.

It’s a gap problem.

There’s a gap between what you know and what your nervous system believes is safe. And until that gap closes, knowing better doesn’t change behaviour. It just makes the behaviour more embarrassing.

In this session we’re going to look at:
• Why insight creates awareness but doesn’t create change
• What’s actually happening in the moment right before you do the thing you said you wouldn’t
• Why “just stop” is the least useful advice you’ve ever been given - and what works instead

This isn’t therapy. You won’t leave with more to think about.

You’ll leave understanding exactly why this keeps happening - and what working at the right level actually looks like.

If you’ve ever caught yourself doing the thing and thought “I know better than this”… this one’s for you.
