These sessions combine immersive and transformative breathwork and sound healing creating a space for participants to travel inside their consciousness and connect to their higher selves.

Breathwork allows for the release of stuck energy. Controlled breathing positively influences your mental, physical, and emotional state. Intentionally changing breathing patterns can help you deeply relax, increase your energy, and improve your focus.

Through the use of singing bowls and gongs, sound baths create a serene and immersive experience. This meditative practice promotes relaxation, calms the nervous system, and improves overall well-being.
