### 1. Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM

• Location: Jamsil Han River Course
• Meeting Point: In front of the Jamsil Eland Cruise Ticket Booth

  Eland Cruise → Jamsil Bridge → Jamsil Railway Bridge → Seongnaecheon Trail → Back to Eland Cruise
• Distance: 4km to 7km

### 2. Every Thursday at 7:00 PM

• Location: Olympic Park Course
• Meeting Point: Bottom of the stairs behind the Peace Gate

  Peace Plaza → North Gate Parking Lot → Back to Peace Plaza
