Welcome! Beat the Blues exists to provide nature hikes, campfire gatherings, weekend adventures, group travel, & other unique events for those who want to have new experiences and meet similar positive minded people doing the same.
I’m Michael. A few years back I found myself feeling isolated & trapped indoors during the pandemic. Taking accountability, I became passionate about meditation, fitness, personal growth, and other wellness practices. As a result, I discovered the importance of nature for my wellbeing, as well as pushing the limits of my comfort zone. This has led to interests in primitive camping, backpacking, and traveling to serene locations all over the country.
My desire is to bring people together to live fearlessly and authentic. We will provide fun & adventurous activities that push self-limitations, promote mindfulness, and bring us in touch with our true selves in order to raise our vibe for the greatest good. So, if you're feeling apprehensive about joining us, rest assured you will meet a wonderful, welcoming group of diversified participants that will quickly make you feel right at home!
Please join our community initiative of beating the blues and raising inner wellness at our next event or message me with any questions you may have!

Style: Classic New York-style pizza—thin, foldable crust with a crisp edge and chewy bite.
-
Crust: Hand-tossed, often fermented for 72 hours (especially for Sicilian sourdough pies), giving it depth and digestibility.
-
Sauce: Balanced tomato base—not overly acidic or sweet—complements the cheese without overpowering.
-
Cheese: High-quality mozzarella, melted evenly with a satisfying stretch and golden finish.
-
Toppings: Fresh and generous—popular choices include pepperoni, ricotta, meatballs, and garlic knots on the side.
-
Signature Pies:
-
Sicilian sourdough: Thick, airy, and fermented for flavor.
-
Meatball ricotta pie: Rich, savory, and indulgent.
-
Garlic knot pizza: A fan favorite for its bold flavor and texture.
Helltown Brewing (Export, PA)
https://www.facebook.com/helltown.taproom
Helltown Brewing’s Export taproom offers a bold, rotating lineup of craft beers—from hop-forward IPAs to rich brown ales—crafted with high-quality grains and generous hops for flavor and drinkability.🍺 Core Beers You’ll Likely Find Year-Round
- Buffy Hazy IPA
Juicy, tropical, and smooth. A fan favorite for its soft mouthfeel and citrus-forward hop profile.
- Mischievous Brown Ale
Rich and malty with a subtle fruitiness. Combines European malts and American hops for a full-bodied, slightly sweet finish.
- Hell’s Delight American Lager
Crisp, clean, and sessionable. Great for easy drinking, especially during events or game nights.
- Idle Hands
A seasonal standout. Often released in colder months, this beer leans into darker, more complex malt flavors.
🍻 Seasonal & Rotating Brews
- Lilith’s Cherriot
Cherry tart ale. Fruity and refreshing with a sour twist—popular in spring and summer.
- Slayable Session IPA
Light-bodied with bright hop character. Perfect for warmer weather or extended sipping.
- Hop Water
Non-alcoholic option. Infused with hops for a crisp, bitter bite without the booze.
🎯 What Makes Helltown Unique
- Quality-first brewing: Founded in 2011, Helltown uses high-quality grains and doesn’t skimp on hops.
- Rebellious spirit: Their branding and beer names reflect a punk-rock ethos—bold, unapologetic, and community-driven.
- Taproom vibe: Export’s location features fire pits, live music, food trucks, and a pet-friendly patio. It’s a social hub as much as a beer destination.
