~ Affirmative prayer, a specific form not affiliated with any one religion, invites all beliefs, faiths, or those questioning to participate in a space of inclusivity and shared intention, strengthening our connection to spirit.
~ Each gathering includes a guided meditation, lite mindful breathing exercises, reflective journaling prompts, and time for sharing thoughts and prayers in a safe, welcoming space, supporting the integration of soul, body, and spirit.
~ As we begin this journey together around the time of new beginnings, we embrace the energy of Spring as a season of renewal and growth. It’s a time for planting seeds of intention, nurturing our inner selves, and stepping into the fullness of who we are—aligning our heart & soul with the flow of that divine life energy.
