đź’˛ Fee: $45 for the 5-class series, or $85 for the 5-class series + 1 in-person session at a local Body & Brain centerEnd your day with intention and prepare your body and mind for deep, restful sleep. This 5-day evening mini-series offers mindfulness tools to help you release tension, quiet your mind, and reset your system. Each 15-minute session is designed to ease you into a relaxed state so you can sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed and energized.
