**How does nature nurture the brain? **After a 60-minute walk in nature, activity in brain regions involved in stress processing decreases...
Mental health prescription: Nature
Being in nature can boost your mood and improve mental health. Spending quality time in the great outdoors reduces stress, calms anxiety, and can lead to a lower risk of depression, according to a study done by researchers at Stanford University. In addition to having mental health benefits, being outdoors opens up your senses to your surroundings and improves your sensory perception. Taking in the sights, smells, and feelings of nature has so many health benefits it can even be prescribed by a doctor.
Our Club events have a very positive impact on people's lives, people meet, fall in love💘 meet new friends, HAPPY, better health, less stress, anxiety, depression, isolate being alone and got extra bonus for LOVE 💞
*Note: We appreciate your support to keep our club thriving. Your donation/contribution helps cover our costs and enhance our meetups.
A small event fee helps cover organizing costs, including planning, permits, and many other expenses that go into making these events happen. A lot of time and effort goes into researching trails, securing permits, and managing unexpected challenges. Your support helps keep these adventures going—thank you for being part of the journey!
*When you attend our group events, implied consent is assumed for photography. If you prefer not to be photographed, please feel free to let people know.
Join us and be part of a community that not only promotes wellness but also nurtures lifelong friendships and, in some cases, love stories. We look forward to meeting you and making lasting memories together!

Steep trails lead to excellent vistas at Rancho Canada del Oro Open Space Preserve, which covers a swath of the rugged foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. The high ridges look out over much of Silicon Valley; on clear days you can see the white domes of the telescopes atop Mount Hamilton. It's difficult to imagine such rough country so close to civilization till you actually get out there.
This hike is more of a half-day outing covering the main trails at Rancho Canada del Oro. It has two significant climbs on the first half of the loop and is all downhill on the second half. You'll get a good workout. Spring wildflower season is the best time to visit when the hills are still vivid green...

Hello Ocean Lover, Let's meet go on a Green exercise wellness hike, enjoy the natural beauty of the Healing Sea, Beautiful Ocean views for our physical health and mental Well-being 😇
Sometimes all you need is an easy stroll by the ocean to refresh your spirits. This track along the Pacific Ocean north of Santa Cruz is one of the best places in California to do just that.
You'll see gulls, geese, pelicans, and other waterfowl and you might hear the distant bark of passing sea lions. If your timing's right, you might even spot passing whales on their annual migrations.
Wilder Ranch State Park is a CA State Park on the Pacific Ocean coast north of Santa Cruz. The park was formerly a dairy ranch, and many of the ranch buildings have been restored for use as a museum.
Another bonus: touring the grounds of a farm replete with antique cars, farm machinery, and other remnants of farming life along the Pacific in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
This track is very basic: just start out from the parking lot at the Wilder Ranch State Park visitors center and follow Old Cove Landing Trail along the ocean. Eventually, it turns northward again and loops back to where you started.
The trail surface is a natural surface (dirt, sand, rocks). It is typically at least 8 feet wide. There are railroad crossings ...
The whole trail is estimated to be in the mostly gentle (5% or less) grade category. All-terrain tires or motorized equipment may be needed for the surface type and grade.

The Sunol Regional Wilderness is a regional park in Alameda County, the eastern San Francisco Bay Area, Northern California. It is located near the town of Sunol, south of Pleasanton and east of Fremont.
The 27.74 square kilometres (6,850 acres) park was established in 1962, and is administered by the East Bay Regional Park District.Bedrock mortars used by Native Americans for pounding acorns that were found in the area are reminders of Sunol's first inhabitants. For the past century, however, the land known today as Sunol Wilderness Regional Preserve was used almost exclusively as ranch land. Under the East Bay Regional Park District's multi-use land management policy, cattle continue to graze in the 6,859-acre wilderness. Today, camping, picnicking, hiking and back-packing attract thousands of park visitors a year.
