Mindful Insight: Understanding Ourselves Together
This group is a welcoming space for adults who want to slow down, breathe, and make sense of their inner world—together.
Each gathering blends simple mindfulness and breathing practices with open, supportive conversation. We take time to notice what’s happening within us, then explore it through reflection, shared insight, and respectful dialogue. There’s no pressure to speak, no expectation to have answers, and no requirement to “fix” yourself. Awareness comes first. Understanding follows.
This is an adult support group rooted in presence and curiosity. We talk about real life: stress, identity, purpose, emotional patterns, life transitions, uncertainty, growth, and the quiet questions that don’t always fit into everyday conversation. Mindfulness here isn’t about perfection or emptying your mind—it’s about learning how to sit with yourself honestly and kindly.
You’re welcome whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or have practiced for years. You don’t need a spiritual label, a diagnosis, or a polished story. You only need a willingness to listen—both to yourself and to others.
What you can expect:
• Gentle guided breathing or mindfulness at the start
• Open discussion focused on insight and self-understanding
• A respectful, confidential, adult-only supported environment
• A pace that values depth over rushing to conclusions
This group is not therapy, but it is therapeutic in spirit. It’s a place to feel seen, to think out loud, and to discover that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Come as you are. Sit, breathe, reflect. Understanding grows when we do it together.
It is $20.00 per person for the venue. Payable at the counter of Avalon Visions once you arrive.
