Join us for a dynamic and empowering session designed to help you build foundational strength, improve alignment, and develop confidence in arm balancing. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is perfect for all levels, especially beginner yoga or animal flow practitioners.

🕒Duration: 1.5/2 hoursJoin us for a fun and empowering arm balance workshop designed for all levels! We’ll guide you through strengthening your arms, wrists, and core, building balance and confidence safely and effectively.
What to Expect:
⏳ Agenda
Part 1: Centering + Warm-Up (20 min)- Breathwork & setting intention
- Wrist & shoulder prep
- Dynamic sun salutations to awaken the body
- Core engagement drills
Part 2: Strength + Technique Flow (30 min)
- Chaturanga holds
- Crow pose (Bakasana) prep
- Progressions: knees-to-arms, weight shifting, lifting toes
- Optional advanced moves: Side Crow, Eight Angle
- Alignment, fear management, and smooth transitions
Part 3: Play + Practice (20 min)
- Partner spotting (optional)
- Explore balance with a light-hearted approach: try, fall, laugh, try again
- Adjustments for all skill levels
Part 4: Cool Down + Integration (15–20 min)
- Gentle hip openers & spinal twists
- Shoulder & wrist release
- Grounding breathwork
- Shavasana under the sky
What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Small towel (to dry sweat)
- Larger towel or blanket for extra comfort
- Yoga blocks (if you have them)
- Water bottle
- An open mind and playful attitude!
