🗓️ Agenda (90 minutes)
1. 15 min: Intro to Agent, Skill, and MCP
2. 5 min: Intro to vibe coding
3. 20 min: Hands-on: create your agent and test it
4. 20 min: Hands-on: create a skill and test it with the agent
5. 25 min: Hands-on: build an MCP server and have the agent call it to generate reports
6. 5 min: Final testing of the full AI app and wrap-up

💻 Bring a laptop with these set up
- Visual Studio Code, a free, open-source code editor: https://code.visualstudio.com
- A GitHub account, used to fork and work on the project: https://github.com/signup
- An LLM API key, so the app can call a model. Any provider works. Common picks are OpenAI or Claude (paid), or Groq (free tier). You need this to run the app, not to build it.
⚠️ Please set this up before the session. Hands-on time is tight.
