🌟 Year-End Yin & Yoga Nidra: Release & Renew 🌟
Tranquilo Espacio, Plaza San Antonio 5, Alicante, ESJoin me for a special 2-hour year-end session designed to help you release the old and welcome new energy for 2026. This event combines Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, with a gentle closing reflection circle over tea.
🌟 During the sessions, the studio will utilise special calming lights that will enhance relaxation and the atmosphere.
Session Flow:
- Yin Yoga (first part): Deep, long-held poses to release tension, restore balance, and create space for renewal.
- Yoga Nidra (second part): A guided practice to deeply relax, let go of what no longer serves you, and set intentions for the new year.
- Reflection Circle & Tea: Share insights, reflect on the year, and gently transition into 2026.
Flexible Participation:
- Join Yin Yoga only (6:30 PM) – 13€
- Join Yoga Nidra only (7:30 PM)– 13€
- Join both sessions – 20€
- 3€ booking fee (paid in advance to reserve your spot)
