Alcohol-Free San Diego

Calling all single, alcohol-free LGBTQ folks! Good News bar is hosting a "Pitch-a-Friend" event! This is a clever idea where you bring a single friend and "pitch" them to the crowd with a 3-5 minute presentation!

This can be a bit intimidating if you're shy, so you don't have to participate in that part. But there will be a lot of singles in one spot and you can mix and mingle after. This one is geared toward LGBTQ+ folks, so keep that in mind if that will be an issue for you. But it's a good space to meet new friends too, so you never know!

The event is free but you do need to sign up on the Pitch a Friend website if you want to pitch or be pitched. But feel free to just show up if you only want to mingle.

Good News is San Diego's best alcohol-free bar! The place has a cool vibe, comfy seating, is spacious and the drinks are tasty!

I will get there early and grab a booth, but we may not all get to sit together if it gets crowded.

The Neighborhood is a new community space. It's at 7963 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA 91945. The cross street is Grove Ave. There is parking nearby and it's also close to the trolley and bus line.

This is an alcohol-free space and should be a mostly clean show.
There will be snacks available but you can bring in food also (but please be respectful to the others in the room.)
