Let's celebrate Thanksgiving together!
Our monthly Strategy Board Game night will include a sit-down family meal before playing. Please arrive at 5:00 so we can plan our dinner and then, after dinner, play games. Mostly geared towards adults but older teens might do ok - suggest you contact us first.
This Game Night will be held at MICHELLE'S PLACE in south Aiken. (Note that the meetup map doesn't show the actual location, just close). After you have RSVP'd to the event, we will send you the street address prior to the event.
We mostly play Euro style strategy games (like Catan, Scythe and Terraforming Mars) but lighter games often get played as well. We have a large selection of games to choose from. Don't worry if you haven't played these kind of games before, most of them aren't too difficult and we will teach you.
For this particular Game Night we will have a sit-down Thanksgiving dinner. It is potluck. You can bring your favorite Thanksgiving food but it is not required. You can bring games that you want to play and you can bring your friends!
If you will, kindly RSVP on Meetup if you plan to attend. It is ok if you can't be there right on time; it is suggested you arrive no later than 7:30 to be sure you can join a game before we end play at 10:00-ish.
We will likely put up comments for this event with folks saying what they will bring to eat so we don't have duplicates.
