Ancient Sound Bath Experience - Vancouver

Ancient Sound Bath Experience - Vancouver

Local Yoga Studio, 2285 Clark Drive, 210 A, Vancouver, BC, CA

Sound healing is an ancient practice using vibrational frequencies to restore harmony in the body, mind, and soul. In today’s fast-paced, busy world, it offers a pathway back to stillness, helping to reduce stress, support deep relaxation, improve sleep and gently guide us back to our natural state of balance.

Immerse yourself in a 75-minute sound healing session designed to melt stress, quiet the mind and reconnect you with your inner calm.
Using instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes you’ll be gently guided into deep states of stillness and meditation.

Held in a nurturing environment of safety and resonance, you'll lie or sit in stillness as healing instruments are played from the heart of the room.

Guided by intuition and energy our practitioner will move throughout the room, weaving sound both individually and collectively to support the unique vibration of the group.
