Hello Fellow Gamers!
A Flock of Gamers is more than just a gaming community. We are an inclusive and diverse community of gamers from all over Los Angeles, California, and the world that uses gaming as common ground for building life-long relationships through a variety of priceless experiences! With an emphasis on mental and physical health, we support each other in both the digital and real world to manifest the best version of ourselves that we can be!
We host regular and spontaneous events. Many of our events are inspired by the suggestions of our members on our Discord server! To get in on the conversation and make your own event suggestions, ask for an invitation!

Stream Night

Stream Night is the most convenient and accessible way to take part in some of our community's most inspired interests from wherever you are on the planet! Every Wednesday @ 7PM our community joins a Stream Lounge on our Discord server and together we enjoy a pre-selected activity!
How do we choose an activity? We vote! Every Sunday / Monday a poll posted in the #polls channel with various games and movies. All options are suggested by our members. The poll is closed around noon on Wednesday and the activity with the most votes is what we stream that evening! Theme polls are also put up at random, allowing you to influence the theme of the options listed on the next Stream Night poll!

Gamers Touch Grass (Picnic & LARP)
Elysian Park, 929 Academy Rd, Los Angeles, CA, USHello fellow gamers and sunshine lovers!
Gamers Touch Grass is a whole new way to think about gaming! Doing it OUTSIDE! The premise is simple: put on your sneakers, head out the front door, and bask in the sunlight as we remind ourselves how far life stretches beyond our screens! There is no end to the green grass on every side!
Here's the Plan so far:
Meet at: ELYSIAN PARK RECREATION CENTER 929 Academy Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90012We will be waiting at the tables at the front of the building until 10:30. At which time we will move our group to the grassy area between the recreation center and the police academy. If you arrive late, please contact Troy or Dior. Parking in this area is limited and complicated, so plan to arrive early if possible.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes
- Picnic mat or blanket
- Water & drinks
- Food & snacks
- A friend
LARP:
Freestyle, noobie friendly, role play!
Once most of our members have arrived, we will open the conversation on the details of the world our characters will be in! For those experienced with Larping, know that you will be participating with people who have never done live action role play before and are here to learn or express themselves for the first time. Please, don't be rigid about how the activity flows or how others are expressing their character. Everyone's input is welcome and no character is too dull or extravagant! Gamers Get COOKED (BBQ & Potluck)
226 N Lake St, Los Angeles, CA, USHello fellow gamers and culinary enthusiasts!
Food is good. Home Cooked food is better. Sharing your favorite home cooked food with good people is how it’s done best!
Gamers Get Cooked is a gathering of our community's most passionate chefs, bakers, and culinary experimenters! This is a potluck style event where the only admission fee is a home cooked contribution to the fun! Bust out your favorite handmade dish and we will do the same, then together we will feast and discuss our mutual appreciation for the craft. Yum!
Don't Cook or bake? That's OK! We challenge you to bring food from your favorite local restaurant or bakery! Bonus points if no one has heard of it!
Your host will be making BBQ chicken and Tofu! Guests are welcome to use any available grill to prepare their dish!
Whatever you cook or bring, make sure it's enough to share for 5-10 people. Also you MUST know the ingredients and have the name of your dish with the ingredients printed so that those with food allergies can be aware of what they are consuming. If you need to print here, we can accommodate.
In addition to the food various board games and card games will be available to play. Maybe even a movie!
Our plan is to host this event on our beautiful rooftop venue but depending on the weather and ongoing repairs, we may end up indoors.

15-participant maximum. No admission fee. One guest per RSVP.
