A structured ADHD group for turning intention into action.

This is a practice-based group where we still explore core ADHD ideas—but with a different focus:

Many of us already consume helpful information—books, videos, strategies—but still struggle with follow-through. This group is designed to bridge that gap by turning insight into clear, practical next steps.
What We Do
Each session combines learning + application.
We:
- Explore key ADHD concepts and resources
- Break them down into real-life situations
- Turn them into decisions and next actions
- Practice following through in a structured way
We use a simple flow:
I’m here to → Pause → Reflect → Decide → Act → Follow Through
The goal isn’t to master information.
It’s to use it.
How This Group Evolved
This group began as ADHD Heavy Hitters, focused on diving deep into ADHD material and learning from experts like Russell Barkley.
Over time, something became clear:
Understanding isn’t the problem.
Follow-through is.
So the group evolved into a space where learning still matters—but only if it leads to action.
The Progress Path
Members grow through stages:
- Beginner – learning to pause
- Consistent Learner – engaging and applying
- Intuitively Persistent – returning to action consistently
- ADHD Heavy Hitter – turning intention into action as a habit
No pressure—just progress.

- People with ADHD (or similar challenges)
- Those who learn a lot but struggle to apply it
- Anyone ready to practice follow-through
