Meet before 9:00 AM, we will start hike promptly at 9:00 Am. We will hike 5 miles at a moderate pace . Pretty views of Manhattan along the way .Wear hiking boots, No dogs Rain cancels. Meet at 9/11 Memorial in Eagle Rock. Bring water and snack.

Canyon of Heroes: Women’s sports walking tour
This tour covers a century of women's sports history in New York, from the earliest athletes competing in the city to the teams dominating today. We'll walk the Canyon of Heroes and talk about the women who earned a place on it, the institutions that made it possible, and the city around them. Expect some names you know, some you don't, and a few facts that will change how you see women’s sports today.
